Company Controller and Statutory Forms

In September 1999 Companies House amended forms 363a, 288a,b,c. These will be integrated into our software as part of the annual licence. The old forms are still acceptable by Companies House for 12 months.

Just at the point of Distribution of this software Companies House advised us that it was amending Statutory Form 395, 397 and 400 with regard to the introduction of fees for the Registration of Company Charges with effect from 1 March 1999.

From this date all company Mortgage Charges delivered to the Registrar of Companies for registration must be accompanied by a fee of £10

You will be pleased to learn that the amendments to these 3 Statutory Forms have been included in Version 2.0 of the our software.
