COMPANY CONTROLLER - VERSION 3.0 - GENERAL INFORMATION

Primary Features

The primary feature of the software is that it controls the statutory information pertaining to a Company registered on the Register at The Registrar of Companies. Such information includes the Company Name, Company number, incorporation date, address, etc to name only a few obvious pieces of data.

Less obvious includes date next Annual Return is due, elections to dispense with AGM's, automatic calculation of Accounting Reference Date for newly created companies, etc.

Version 3.0 introduces the Shares Module enabling the easy control and administration of Company share transactions, including subscriber shares, allotments, share transfers and changes in the authorised/nominal capital.

Version 2.3 introduced the Incorporation Module enabling Users to enjoy the easy ability of forming companies. V3.0 includes an update facility to seamlessly set up freshly created companies in the main Company Controller database.

Company Controller can also record the names and details of unlimited directors, secretaries, members etc and link them to specific companies. It is even possible to link one director, secretary or member to an unlimited number of companies. This is GREAT because the software recognises this when generating a form like Form 10 or the old style Form 363a and automatically fills in the 'Other Directorship' boxes.

Quite simply the data that can be gathered for a particular Company is very extensive.

Statutory Forms

The second feature of the software is that it gives you access to all the Statutory Forms available from Companies House. All Companies House Statutory Forms (forms 6 to 403b inclusive) are included and approved by Companies House!

There are 76 currently available (forms 6 to 403b inclusive plus 652a, 652c and DCA ). You can either print out blank forms for manual completion or you can select a form for completion on screen. All of the available integrated forms are automatically filled in with Company and Presenter's details. The forms can be saved and retrieved for later amendment. Where applicable it also updates the Company record, e.g. Form 287 new registered office address.

It also includes form DCA for Dormant Company Accounts. Ideal for "Off the Shelf Companies" who haven't yet traded. It also includes forms 652a and 652c for application to strike off/restore Companies to the Register!

The Software keeps an historical track of all Statutory forms completed for each Company!

NEW!! - Minutes Module

Create and maintain minutes for companies. There are 62 Master minutes that have been set up for you covering First Minutes, Constitutional Changes, Share Capital, Written and Elective resolutions, etc. You can add to these or cater them for your own business requirements.

The Minutes Module makes use of merge input points. In the Minutes Module there is a facility to automatically insert a merge input point. Simply click the relevant button available form the navigation bar to bring up a pop up dialog window where you can search and then insert the merge input point at the current location. There are approximately 70 merge input points available which retrieves related data from the Company data files.


Own Logos

The software also contains provision for an unlimited number of Presenters. And if you have purchased the option of using your own Logo and/or Name and Address then these will be printed in the relevant spaces on the Statutory Forms.
