WEB SITE MAINTENANCE

There are two types of web site maintenance support for your Web Site once it has become operational - Standard Service and Premium Service.

Customers can opt to take out one or both types of Web Site maintenance.

Web Site Maintenance - STANDARD Service

  1. The Standard Service currently costs only £20 per month and ensures that all the technical aspects to your web site are kept up to date.

  2. This mainly involves the following:
    • Ensuring that your "Links" page remains up to date with additional links added when necessary.
    • Ensuring that your links to current to the "Newsletters" and articles page remain up to date and adding additional links as necessary.
    • Maintaining the list of "Frequently Asked Questions" and adding new ones as necessary. Sub categorising these when it becomes necessary.
    • Maintaining the "Tax Rates and Tables" page for up to date changes in tax legislation.
    • Maintaining the "Enquiry Form" and "Feedback Form" pages as a result of feedback from you.
    • Maintaining and updating the "What's New" and "Archive News" pages as necessary. This would include, for example, important announcements e.g. Inland Revenue Press Releases, Budget Reports, links to relevant newspaper articles and bulletins, tax year end information and procedures, tax deadlines, advising browsers of the latest changes to the web site, etc. As the "new" list grows, old news will be transferred to the archive news page and sub categorised when it becomes necessary.
    • Creating and implementing new web pages and changes to existing pages in response to customer feedback, etc.

  3. Such updates will only be carried out if the changes are deemed necessary, however, this is expected to be monthly.

  4. You will be advised of the details of the changes to be made to your web site by Email before any changes are actually made. These changes will be made unless we hear from you to the contrary.

Web Site Maintenance - PREMIUM Service

  1. Premium Service currently costs only £20 per month and allows your own changes to be made to your web site.

  2. This mainly involves the following:
    • Processing changes to the "Welcome", "About Us", "Mandate", "Background Information", "Location" and "Accounting Services" pages.
    • Customising changes to any of the remaining pages. For example, adding your own news headlines, links, frequently asked questions, etc.

  3. IMPORTANT- A maximum of 2 major amendments to your web site will be allowed during the course of the year and these will be carried out as soon as is practicable after notification by you. Major amendments include, for example, a change to a whole page or to several pages of your Web Site.

  4. IMPORTANT- A maximum of 10 minor amendments to your web site will be allowed during the course of the year, for example, changing a sentence or a few words, to any page of your Web Site. This service will be carried out as soon as is practicable after notification by you.

  5. To request either a major or minor amendment simply click the "Request Change" button at the top of this page and follow the instructions on screen.
